Honey Buffalo Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. protein pasta prepared
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 dry packet cheese mix from macaroni and cheese
  • 1/4 cup + 4 Tbsp. buffalo sauce divided
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 24 oz. chicken breasts diced
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • Light ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Combine cottage cheese, cheddar, dry cheese mix, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, and milk. Blend until smooth. Set aside. Combine chicken with garlic, onion powder, and cornstarch. Cook for 15 minutes until chicken is crispy. Add in honey and 4 Tbsp. buffalo sauce. Reduce for 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Add cheese sauce to prepared pasta. Top with buffalo chicken and a drizzle of light ranch.
