Autumn Apple Chops


  • 4 top loin pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 cup apple juice


  • Season flour with salt & pepper. Lightly flour chops. Brown on one side in butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Turn chops over. Stir in onion and apple juice. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes or until done.
