Autumn Apple Chops
Ingredients
- 4 top loin pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Season flour with salt & pepper. Lightly flour chops. Brown on one side in butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Turn chops over. Stir in onion and apple juice. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes or until done.
