Baked Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chicken cooked, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts drained, sliced
- 1 sm. jar pimentos diced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup French fried onion rings
Instructions
- Mix all of the above ingredients and place in casserole dish. Top with cheese and French fried onion rings the last 10 minutes of baking time. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
