Baked Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken cooked, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts drained, sliced
  • 1 sm. jar pimentos diced
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup French fried onion rings

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the above ingredients and place in casserole dish. Top with cheese and French fried onion rings the last 10 minutes of baking time. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
