Baked Parmesan Catfish
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 4 Catfish fillets about 4 oz. each
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip fillets into egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Arrange in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
