Baked Parmesan Catfish


  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 Catfish fillets about 4 oz. each


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip fillets into egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Arrange in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
