Baked Pineapple

Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. minute Tapioca
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except cinnamon. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 275 degrees uncovered for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
