Baked Sopapilla Bars

Sopapilla Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 + 1/2 cup sugar divided
  • 1 stick + 1 Tbsp. melted butter divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Spread one can of crescent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan. Blend cream cheese, 1 3/4 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp. melted butter, and vanilla. Spread cream cheese mixture over rolls. Spread other can of rolls on top of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon over rolls. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
