Bean & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (16 oz.) can black beans drained & rinsed
  • 2 med. carrots diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 med. red onion diced
  • 1 avocado seeded & diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine beans, carrots, tomatoes, onion and avocado. Toss with dressing. Serve chilled.
