Bean & Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans drained & rinsed
- 2 med. carrots diced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 med. red onion diced
- 1 avocado seeded & diced
- 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine beans, carrots, tomatoes, onion and avocado. Toss with dressing. Serve chilled.
