Beef Noodle Soup


  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (46 oz.) can vegetable juice
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg. beef flavored Ramen noodles


  • Brown ground beef; drain. Add vegetable juice, onion soup mix, frozen veggies, and flavoring from Ramen noodles. Bring to a boil – turn down to a simmer and cook until vegetable tenderness is to your liking. Add Ramen noodles – bring back to a boil until noodles are tender.
