Best Ever Three Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Salt to taste
- 16 oz. can white kidney beans rinsed and well drained
- 16 oz. can red kidney beans rinsed and well drained
- 1 cup cooked cut green beans
- 1 sm. red onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add beans, red onion; toss to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
