Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 2 cans black beans rinsed & drained
- 2 cans original Rotel
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Juice of 2 limes
- Sea salt to taste about 1-2 Tbsp.
- Combine ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
