Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato slice grilled
  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 3 slices deli turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. mayo and/or Chick-Fil-A sauce
  • 3 avocado slices
  • 1 roll or onion bun sliced in half

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion in oil. Cook egg, tomato, and deli turkey. Arrange all ingredients on bun and serve warm. “Everything but the bagel” seasoning and banana peppers are also good. Makes 1 sandwich.
