Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 2 sm. cans chicken broth
- 1 can water
- 1 small onion
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli or California blend
- 1 cup dry noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3-4 cups milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat chicken broth and water to boiling. Add onion, broccoli and noodles. Add salt & pepper. Cook vegetables in broth until tender. Add cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese. Heat through. Do not cover. If you prefer a thicker soup, thicken with 3 Tbsp. flour.
