Broccoli Cheese Soup

Broccoli Cheese Soup


  • 2 sm. cans chicken broth
  • 1 can water
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli or California blend
  • 1 cup dry noodles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3-4 cups milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat chicken broth and water to boiling. Add onion, broccoli and noodles. Add salt & pepper. Cook vegetables in broth until tender. Add cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese. Heat through. Do not cover. If you prefer a thicker soup, thicken with 3 Tbsp. flour.
