Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups


  • 1 cup chicken cooked & diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Otts Wing Sauce
  • 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • Blue cheese dressing


  • Mix cooked chicken, cheeses, and wing sauce. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment. Roll out crescent rolls and pinch seams together to form a large rectangle. Spread chicken mixture out onto crescent rolls. Roll up. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove from refrigerator and cut into 1 1/2” slices, separating onto cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
