- 1 box cake mix any flavor
- 1 can frosting any flavor
- Almond bark or candy melts any flavor
- Prepare cake mix and bake as directed. Allow to cool. Crumble cake. Add frosting and mix to combine. Form balls (refrigerate for a little while if mix is too sticky). Put cake balls in freezer to set (this makes dipping easier). Melt almond bark or candy melts. Remove cake balls from freezer and dip each ball to coat. Add sprinkles if desired and cake pop stick. Place cake pops on waxed paper to set. Note: We used confetti cake mix and added chocolate chips to the mix before forming balls. This recipe also works well with brownie mix.
