Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 3 bags Ultra Butter popcorn
- 1 cup real butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 200 degrees F. Pop corn -- put in 2 pans. Soft boil for 6 minutes butter, sugar, and syrup. Turn off heat and take off. Add baking soda, salt, cream of tartar and stir. Pour over corn and stir every 20 minutes for 1 hour.
