Catalina Chicken Breasts
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 6 small boneless, skinless chicken halves
- 1 cup Kraft Catalina dressing
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken, cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet and place in baking dish. Mix dressing, jam, and soup mix in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
