Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (2 lbs.) lg. bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded taco cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Mix hashbrowns, butter, soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, and garlic. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add taco cheese on top of casserole during last 10 minutes.
