Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 (2 lbs.) lg. bag frozen hashbrowns
- 1 1/2 sticks butter softened
- 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded taco cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Instructions
- Mix hashbrowns, butter, soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, and garlic. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add taco cheese on top of casserole during last 10 minutes.
