Cherry Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cherries in juice
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add cherries and a little juice, eggs, and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 inch square pan. Top with whipped cream.
