Chicken Cacciatore


  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 zucchini chopped
  • 1 sweet pepper chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped


  • Load all ingredients into a gallon sized Ziplock bag, lay it flat, and freeze. Cook from frozen in a crock pot on high for 8 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, or thaw overnight in the refrigerator and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles if desired.
