Chicken Lo Mein
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti cooked
- 1/4 cup Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen bell pepper and onion strips thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Heat dressing in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic. Stir fry until chicken is no longer pink. Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter. Stir fry 3-4 minutes or until chicken is done. Add cooked spaghetti. Mix lightly. Spoon onto platter. Top with peanuts.
