Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein


  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti cooked
  • 1/4 cup Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen bell pepper and onion strips thawed, drained
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts


  • Heat dressing in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic. Stir fry until chicken is no longer pink. Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter. Stir fry 3-4 minutes or until chicken is done. Add cooked spaghetti. Mix lightly. Spoon onto platter. Top with peanuts.
