Chicken Squash Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 cups squash peeled & shredded
- 2 cups chicken diced & cooked
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2 cups shredded cheese
- Season to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a greased 9x13 baking pan, layer ingredients with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until squash is tender.
