Chicken Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 cups zucchini diced or grated
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing prepared to directions on box
- 5 large chicken breasts
- Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Saute zucchini and onion with butter in a skillet. Mix sour cream and soups. Combine zucchini mixture with soup mixture. Layer 1/2 stuffing, chicken, soup mixture, rest of stuffing. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven to melt.
