Chocolate Chip Cheesecake


  • 1 1/2 cups (about 18) filled Oreos crushed
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour


  • Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into 9-inch springform pan or a 9x13-inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk. Beat together eggs and vanilla. Add to cheese mixture. Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour; add to cheese mixture. Spread over crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 60-65 minutes.
