Chocolate Cinnamon Oatmeal Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Spread oatmeal on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-8 min. until slightly brown. Cool. Stir together protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, peanut butter, apple sauce, honey, and chocolate chips. After oatmeal is cool, stir in oatmeal. Spread in 9x13 pan and bake 15 minutes. Let cool.
