Corn, Hashbrown & Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 30 oz. pkg. hashbrowns
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups fresh corn
  • 2 zucchini shredded
  • 1 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese & 1/4 cup bacon. Combine remaining cheese and bacon with remaining ingredients. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Top with reserved cheese and bacon. Bake for 40-45 minutes until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
