Corn, Hashbrown & Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 30 oz. pkg. hashbrowns
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 4 cups fresh corn
- 2 zucchini shredded
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese & 1/4 cup bacon. Combine remaining cheese and bacon with remaining ingredients. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Top with reserved cheese and bacon. Bake for 40-45 minutes until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
