Cornbread Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (15 oz.) can corn drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1 (8.5 oz.) box cornbread mix
Instructions
- Mix butter, egg and sour cream. Add corn, cream style corn, and cornbread mix. Pour into 9x13 (or smaller) baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
