Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz. bag cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 7 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drain & save juice
  • 3/4 cup mandarin orange juice add water if not enough
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Place cranberries, sugar, and juice in microwave safe dish. Stir. Microwave 5 minutes and stir – repeat twice. Cool. Add oranges and nuts. Stir. Chill.
