Easy Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (2 cups) creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 well-beated egg
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Crushed potato chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat corn and milk. Stir in egg and remaining ingredients. Spray an 8” baking dish. Pour mixture into dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
