Egg Roll in a Bowl


  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 to 1 cup carrots grated
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced


  • Mix soy sauce, ginger and brown sugar and set aside. Brown sausage and drain well. Add cabbage, carrots and garlic. Stir fry until crisp tender. Add soy sauce mixture and heat an additional 5 minutes. Add green onions and toss.
