Energy Bites


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup minisemi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  • Combine all ingredients. Form into balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until set. Store in Ziploc in freezer. Thaw before eating.
