Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup minisemi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Form into balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until set. Store in Ziploc in freezer. Thaw before eating.
