Fresh Apple Cake

  • Apple slices enough to cover 13x9 pan
  • White or yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter melted


  • Layer apple slices (or other fruit) on bottom of a 13x9 pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with package of cake mix. Pour melted butter over dry cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
