German Apple Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 4 cups apples thinly sliced
  • powdered sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients with a spoon (stiff batter). Put into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, if desired.
