German Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts optional
- 4 cups apples thinly sliced
- powdered sugar optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a spoon (stiff batter). Put into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, if desired.
