Grandma B's Potato Salad


  • 4 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2/3 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 5 hard boiled eggs cooled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 heaping tsps. yellow mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Cook potatoes (starting in cold water). Allow to cool. Put potatoes and eggs in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Stir gently until all is coated.
