Ham Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Instructions
 

  • Mix together ham, pork, milk, bread crumbs, and eggs; form into balls. Place into baking dish. For topping, combine brown sugar, vinegar, water, and mustard. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, turning once.
