Ham Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Instructions
- Mix together ham, pork, milk, bread crumbs, and eggs; form into balls. Place into baking dish. For topping, combine brown sugar, vinegar, water, and mustard. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, turning once.
