Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken and herb soup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers crushed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt & pepper. Put into 9x13 baking dish. Combine crackers and butter. Spread on casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
