Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken and herb soup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers crushed
- 4 Tbsp. butter melted
Instructions
- Mix hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt & pepper. Put into 9x13 baking dish. Combine crackers and butter. Spread on casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
