Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup Brownies

Hershey's Chocolate Syrup Brownies


  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Hershey's syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Hershey's Special dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips optional


  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add syrup, eggs, and flour; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Makes about 24 bars. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar if preferred.
