Honeybun Coffee Cake in a Cup


  • 1/3 cup yellow or spice cake mix
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. pecans finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon


  • Be sure to use a cup big enough to hold at least 1 1/2 cups of water. Combine first four ingredients in a cup. Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Sprinkle topping mix over batter. Microwave 2 minutes. Let cool 1 minute in cup. Remove from cup and cut in half lengthwise. Serve immediately.
