
Hot Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 4 oz. green chilies
- 11 oz. Mexican corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
