Lemon Chicken

Lemon Chicken


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Lay four 12x12 squares of foil out on a flat surface. Place chicken on foil. Thinly slice one of the lemons and divide slices between foil packs. Stir together butter, garlic, juice of remaining lemon, and Italian seasoning. Brush over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Fold foil over chicken and lemon slices to close off the pack. Pinch ends together so the pack stays closed. Grill over medium-high heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
