Lemon Jello Salad

Lemon Jello Salad


  • 4 3 oz. boxes lemon jello
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups grapes halved
  • 2 cups apples chopped
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped


  • Add gelatin to boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Remove from stove. Add cold water and pineapple. Refrigerate to gel, stirring occasionally. When mixture begins to gel, add grapes, apples and celery.
