Low-Carb Ham & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups ham
  • 1/3 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 10 eggs
  • Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Boil broccoli about 2 minutes, drain thoroughly. Layer broccoli, ham, mushrooms, onions, and mozzarella. Season to taste. Beat eggs and pour over layers. Stir slightly with fork to coat ingredients with egg. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes.
