Macaroni Salad

  • 1 lb. box Ditalini pasta cooked
  • 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 small bunches green onions chopped
  • 1 med. jar sweet pickles chopped
  • 4 or 5 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/2 med. or small red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Hellman’s real mayonnaise
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all ingredients except eggs and mayo in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup mayo and mix well. Cut up eggs in small pieces and add to mixture. Add more mayo only as needed.
