Make-Ahead Meatballs
Ingredients
- 3.5 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup frozen spinach thawed, drained thoroughly, and chopped
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1.5” balls. Place on ungreased pan about 1” apart. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in a plastic bag or air-tight glass container in freezer. Thaw and reheat when ready to serve.
