Make-Ahead Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed, drained thoroughly, and chopped
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1.5” balls. Place on ungreased pan about 1” apart. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in a plastic bag or air-tight glass container in freezer. Thaw and reheat when ready to serve.
