Mandarin Cake with Pineapple Frosting
Ingredients
- White or yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 lg. can mandarin orange juice
- Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple w/juice
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix first four ingredients. Add to 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 42 minutes or until done. Mix pudding mix, pineapple w/juice until thick. Add Cool Whip. Stir and frost cake. Refrigerate.
