Manhattan Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef or pork
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 18 oz. jar peach preserves
- 18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Mix meat, onion and bread crumbs well. Shape into meatballs and brown in skillet. Place meatballs in casserole. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce. Pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Apricot preserves may be used also.
