Mexican Beef
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 sm. can diced chilies temp. as desired
- Flour tortillas
- Cheese shredded
- Lettuce chopped
Instructions
- Place chunks of beef in crockpot, add soup (undiluted), and chilies. Cook on low for 8 hours. Mash with fork to blend and shred before serving. Serve on flour tortillas with shredded cheese and chopped lettuce.
