Mexican Beef


  • 3 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 sm. can diced chilies temp. as desired
  • Flour tortillas
  • Cheese shredded
  • Lettuce chopped


  • Place chunks of beef in crockpot, add soup (undiluted), and chilies. Cook on low for 8 hours. Mash with fork to blend and shred before serving. Serve on flour tortillas with shredded cheese and chopped lettuce.
