Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef browned and drained
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 15 oz. can chili beans
  • 4 or 5 large flour tortillas cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • To browned meat, stir in taco mix, spices, sauce, & beans. Divide tortillas in half. Layer tortillas, meat, cheese in a 9x13 pan. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min., covered with foil. Uncover last 10 min. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
