Mom's Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small mango pepper
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Instructions
 

  • Shred cabbage. Cut up onion and pepper. Toss together. Sprinkle sugar over vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
