Monster Cookies
(Makes 20-25 dozen)

Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 lbs. brown sugar
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 3 lbs. chunky peanut butter
- 8 tsp. baking soda
- 18 cups oatmeal 42 oz. box
- 1 lb. pkg. plain M&M’s
- 1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugars, and eggs. Blend well. Add vanilla, syrup, peanut butter, and baking soda. Mix in oatmeal, mixing well, and even. Add M&Ms and chocolate chips. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by teaspoonsful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Do not overbake. Yields 20-25 dozen. This mixture can be refrigerated.
