No Peek Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 1 can tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Carrots, potatoes, celery and onions sliced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
