No Peek Stew


  • 2 lbs. stew meat
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Carrots, potatoes, celery and onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper


  • Combine all ingredients. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
